AFW Winter2013 Edition: Wrapped in Claes Iversen
The room was dark. All seats where now taken, each guest carrying their goodie bag. The only lights came from the smart phones where all social networks were made part of this moment. In the back a screen where you could see Volvo‘s logo, the official sponsor, and under it Claes Iversen name. Perhaps that is when reality kicked id. I was indeed there, about to see Claes Iversen new collection in first hand!
The music started, in the background screen a sort of high-speed lights and then the first look appeared.
A collection in shades of camel, white, black and touches of red, mixing structure designs with ready-to-wear and a twist of haute couture through big bows that wrapping the waste and giving the look a mix of glamour and delicatesse, Claes Iversen vision invaded our fashion senses and there was only one option, fall in love with this bold and romantic collection, in shades that are easy to combine and pieces that stand out on their own.
